and having my mom rush into my room at 6am because i am screaming

luckily mum had already left i was just waiting for the bus

and screaming at the top of my lungs

my computer was messing up while trying to watch this stream showing it and it was already going to the 50 people limit, so i got kicked out of it when my connection messed up. 

then the next showing happened and my connection failed. 

thankfully, i found another stream without a limit and ahdufhsda i was tearing up. 

I remember getting up earlier than usual at like 5am cause I had this feeling it was uploaded. THE EXPRESSION ON MY FACE WAS HILARIOUS
and the noises made, oh my it was almost embarrassing. Then I went on with my normal get-ready-for-school rituals while being all giddy and shit.

haha my roomie and I were each trying to load it and our room was a chorus of the newgrounds BZZZZT sounds

and then I got lucky and got into NaS’ first stream and GOT TO BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO WATCHED IT BEFORE OTHERS and much screaming was had

it would have probably scared my mother

i remember getting up at 6 AM on a school day. it wouldnt at first work so i was getting really pissed off because i didnt want to go to school anticipating the update sobs. but when it finally worked i watched all of it on adobe flash and i was just amazed/shocked/sad the whole time. i still have the downloaded files on my computer u w u

kayla texted me at 1am but for some reason i didn’t check my phone til 5am so i just lept from my bed to my desk in a single bound and downloaded the stuff

i was sitting there like not breathing for the first little bit and then i started like hyperventilating and crying and i was a mess

i watched it a few times before i realized i was never getting back to sleep so i just went out and made breakfast and got dressed and was in the middle of cooking eggs when my mom came out at 6am

i was on the computer most of the morning and i had my dad get out his credit card to buy volume 8 (i reimbursed him for it) like 10 minutes before the bus came and i got it on my ipod really quickly 

my eyes were still all red and puffy when i got on the bus and then cascade started playing while i was on it and it was a good thing i sat by myself because i started tearing up again

so yeah i was screaming and crying all morning and i still refuse to delete the files from my downloads folder

Woke up at 5 AM, got up, ran right into my dresser, fell on the floor, dramatically dragged myself to my desk, grabbed my computer, ripped it open.

I didn’t shut up about it for the entire day.

I jumped out of bed and screamed and woke elspeth up and I started watching it and started crying and I through my pillow accross the room and knocked over my lamp and everything on both dressers and leapt through the house

I woke up on a free day, and tried to get to the site and nothing worked. The website was down, newsground was down, everything was down. I began to grin like stupid because of the sheer amount of people that must have been online at that time, and I began to talk to random strangers on Pesterchum, and one of them gave me a link to a stream, where I watched it together with ca 3.000 people. I understood jackshit, everything was BUZZING and I was happy. I was really, really happy.

It was the first time I was there when Homestuck updated.

It was the first time I was a part of thefandom.
